Refund policy
Last updated:
ReviewRouter currently provides a free CI control plane. The optional paid hosted API review service, subscriptions, and credit packs are coming soon and cannot be purchased.
Future purchase terms
Before any paid launch, we will disclose the applicable refund conditions, usage and credit rules, subscription renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase. Eligibility will depend on applicable law, the terms presented for the purchase, and the circumstances of the request. Requests concerning an undelivered or faulty service, withdrawal rights, or a billing error will be assessed under those applicable rights and purchase conditions.
If purchases launch through Paddle as Merchant of Record, its Buyer Terms and applicable refund policy will also govern the transaction. Nothing on this page restricts statutory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights, including remedies for a service not delivered as required.
How to request help
For a future Paddle purchase, use Paddle payment support or contact quantjumppro@gmail.com. Include your order reference, purchase date, billing email, and a short description of the problem so the transaction can be located. Do not send card details, passwords, or provider credentials.
ReviewRouter is operated by an individual under the brand QuantJumpPro, not a registered company. The operator can help investigate service issues and direct billing requests to Paddle where appropriate.
Refund processing
Paddle would process an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. Arrival time depends on the payment method and financial institution. If a purchase is refunded, the access or unused allowance associated with that purchase may be revoked as applicable, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation and refunds are separate
If subscriptions launch, you will be able to cancel future renewal through the method disclosed at checkout, including Paddle's buyer portal for a Paddle subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and prevents future renewal charges, subject to applicable rights. It does not by itself decide whether a previous charge is refundable.
Proposed monthly units and separately purchased credits have different balance rules. Their final refund treatment, expiry, and any subscription requirement will be disclosed before purchase. Later policy updates will apply prospectively and will not retroactively remove accrued purchase rights or mandatory legal protections. See the Terms of service.
