Terms of service

Last updated:

ReviewRouter helps you configure and manage AI code reviews. These terms describe the current free service and distinguish it from an optional paid service that has not launched.

Current service: free. Paid hosted API reviews: coming soon, unavailable for purchase. The draft pricing is a prelaunch proposal, not a binding offer.

1. Who operates ReviewRouter

ReviewRouter is operated by an individual under the brand QuantJumpPro. QuantJumpPro is a brand, not a registered company. Contact the operator at quantjumppro@gmail.com about the service, these terms, privacy, or billing questions.

2. Current service and future paid option

The current free ReviewRouter CI control plane helps connect repositories, configure workflows and review rules, and display findings, repository health, and audit information. Review execution takes place in customer-authorized CI. Depending on the selected mode, provider credentials are held in your CI or in protected server custody, and model traffic may pass through a ReviewRouter relay. Provider subscriptions, API usage, CI, and runner costs remain subject to your own arrangements.

A future, optional paid hosted API review service is proposed. For that service, ReviewRouter's backend would receive authorized pull request diffs, relevant source and review context and call model provider APIs, with provider API costs paid by the operator. Its availability, data handling, usage rates, prices, and purchase terms will be disclosed before paid use. You do not need to buy this proposed option to use the current free CI control plane.

3. Your permissions and responsibilities

4. AI output, availability, and support

Reviews and suggested changes can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe. ReviewRouter does not guarantee the quality of generated output, that every bug or security issue will be detected, or that code is safe to deploy. Use human review and appropriate testing before relying on findings or applying changes.

The current service is provided on an as-available basis, with best-effort support by email and no promised uptime or response-time service level. Features may change or be interrupted. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, or unauthorized use. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; they do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Code, content, and third parties

You retain your rights in submitted code and content. You authorize the processing needed to provide the features you choose, including sending authorized context to the selected provider, as described in the Privacy policy. The source code's applicable repository LICENSE and third-party notices govern software license rights; these service terms do not replace them.

GitHub, GitLab, hosting services, and model providers have their own terms, policies, usage restrictions, and charges. ReviewRouter cannot guarantee their availability or decisions. See the public ReviewRouter repository and security model for further product context.

6. Future purchases and cancellation

No paid plans or credit packs are currently sold. If paid purchases launch through Paddle, Paddle would act as Merchant of Record for those transactions, and its Buyer Terms and the terms shown at checkout would apply alongside these service terms. This is a planned billing arrangement, not a claim that checkout is available.

Before purchase, checkout will disclose the total price, applicable taxes, billing interval, renewal behavior, usage rules, and cancellation method. A future subscription would renew until canceled as disclosed at checkout. Cancellation would stop future renewals and normally take effect at the end of the paid billing period, subject to applicable rights. Paddle's buyer portal or payment support would handle cancellation requests. Cancellation and refund requests are separate; see the Refund policy.

7. Changes and your rights

Proposed prelaunch prices and usage rules may change before launch. For an active paid service, material changes to prices or terms will be communicated in advance and applied prospectively as disclosed and required by applicable law, with cancellation available before a changed renewal. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or statutory protections.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal or refund rights, or other protections that applicable law does not allow us to waive. Contact quantjumppro@gmail.com to resolve a service concern or request account closure.
